- Migrated Sheffield Group’s entire server infrastructure from a local data center into Microsoft Azure

What was the End Result
Sheffield Group now have scalable, reliable and secure infrastructure that comes with a Microsoft Azure Datacentre. Modern access methods are now possible via AVD and conditional access, further securing the organisations critical assets. Simple virtual machine and database backups are now handled via Azure’s native backup solutions, providing fast and hassle-free restorations. By moving into Azure, Sheffield can now benefit from the extension services that Azure allows, such as Defender for Servers, API services and Azure Virtual Desktop.
