The Challenge
In a small to medium business it’s not productive to run multiple systems and applications. Our phone system did not integrate with any other business applications and since our business uses Microsoft Teams it made sense to use Teams Calling as our phone system.
The Solution
After discussing the Teams Calling solution with Cloud Made Simple they recommended setting up an initial POC. (Proof of Concept)
Once we saw how the system worked and how easy it was to use. We went ahead and adopted Teams Calling and haven’t looked back.
