New Billing System and Updated Payment Terms Announcement

Dear Valued Customer,

We are writing to inform you that we are introducing a new billing system over the next few months. We have also taken this opportunity to update our Payment Policy.

  • You will see a new more detailed invoice format coming over the next few months as we roll out to all customers.
  • We will be launching a self-service portal over the same period to make dealing with CMS even easier. More details will be communicated in due course.
  • We will introduce a credit card fee of 1.5% for Visa and Mastercard payments, and 3% for American Express payments. This fee will be added to your invoice amount and will appear as a separate line item. Fees will commence on the 1st July 2024.
  • We will continue to offer direct debit to your bank account as a payment option, at NO additional cost.
  • If you are currently paying by credit card and want to move to direct debit, you can set up or update your direct debit (click here).
  • We will only offer on account payment terms to customers who have a valid support agreement with us. If you do not have a support agreement, you will be required to pay by credit card or direct debit.
  • On account payment terms are 14 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Any discounts offered will be forfeited if account fall outside payment terms.
  • We will charge a late payment fee of 2% of the invoice amount or $25.00 ex GST, whichever is greater, for accounts that are over 30 days in arrears. This fee will be added to your next invoice and will accrue interest at the same rate until paid.
  • We will suspend your account and services if your account is over 45 days in arrears. You will need to pay the outstanding balance and any fees before we can resume your services.
  • Customers that do not have a support agreement will be able to contact support via self-service portal or by ticketing otherwise adhoc charges will apply.
